Hi guys,
today’s blog is about riding a bike! I know it might sound boring, but in fact many of us don’t see how beautiful simple riding a bike can be. In a nutshell, I would like to encourage you to go on a bike trip even today! Why is cycling such an amazing experience?
1) Obviously it boosts our mood in the same way all physical exercises make us happy. The release and uptake of chemicals in our brain make us feel good! Moreover this activity pumps blood around our body at a greater rate and spreads endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin. It really promotes positive mental health!
2) Moreover, it’s also a great way to let our body to breathe! We get lots of fresh air while riding a bike. Being stronger and fitter comes with cycling when you do it regularly.
3) Fortunately we are more likely to keep it up long term, because it keeps our mind busy while body is doing all the work. It’s a low-impact on the body and can be enjoyed by pretty much anyone.
4) It burns lots of calories. So if you are trying to lose weight, you may fall in love with this sport even quicker.
