Hi guys!
Today, I will write about organization and planning.
It might be helpful when you want to have your life more organized. There are many ways to plan and organize time and your tasks, and I want to show you just a couple of them.
First technique that I will present to you is writing a to-do list.
It is helpful when you have a lot of things to do and you don't know where to start. It also can motivate you. How to use this technique?
You just need to take a piece of paper and start writing all things that you need to do. It is better when you will write all things with the smaller steps. How the TO DO LIST might look?? There is a small example
Next way to plan something is to use a mind map.
It is a highly effective method, yes it can look hard to understand, weird and difficult but I am going to show you, that it is very easy to use.
To do a mind map you need to:
write the main idea in the center of the paper, or thing that you will plan (for example wedding)
then you need to draw lines going from your main idea- these lines are supposed to look like branches.
on the ends of that branches, you have to write one thing that will be interconnected to this main word on the center of tour paper (for example flowers)
then you need to write the rest of your ideas on the branches.
WOW! It looks like you just made your first mind map.
I hope that you enjoy this method, and this is a way how mind map can look:
But what with organization?
There are a lot of things that you can try to organize, for example, a wardrobe, bookshelf, bag, notebook, or even your mobile phone.
In this blog, I want to show you how to organize the most precious thing in your lifetime.
Many of us can't do it or do it wrongly, but I am going to show you how you can organize your time with easy methods.
timetable/calendar online, you can find a lot of free applications that will help you set your plan and be more organized. For many applications, you just need to download (for free:) ) and set your schedule.
use Eistanhower's rule- divide your exercises into four categories:
firstly, exercise A- they are the most important, and you have to start your work with them, do them ASAP.
Secondly, exercise B- they are also important, but not urgent as exercise A,
you have to do them in the shortest gap of time as it is possible.
Thirdly, exercise C - less important and urgent than A and B, if it is possible to
give someone else to do it.
And finally, exercise D- least important and urgent to do it, if you can don't do
them
3. set your priorities- remember what is major for you, in your past life.
4. make sure, that you have a good plan for your tasks. You can look it up if you
don't know how to do it.
I hope that I helped you to become more organized and that you will use my guides and they will help you. Let me know what you think about it in the comments!
