The use of antibacterial fluids can be an alternative in situations where you do not have the opportunity to wash your hands, otherwise it should be the basic thing to do.
Wash your hands, remember the back of your hands, thumbs and interdigital spaces, and wipe our hands with a dry paper towel, avoiding touching the tap. Hands should be washed frequently, especially after contact with surfaces such as door handles, handrails and other items touched by many people.
Remember to use a moisturizing cream, because washing your hands too often makes them dry. Hand hygiene is crucial, because through contact the virus can spread to the mouth or nose, which are the only routes for coronavirus to enter the body and respiratory tract.
Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands, especially around the mouth, nose and eyes. Another remedy is to stay 1-1.5 meters from people who cough or sneeze to minimize the risk of transmitting the virus.
