Hi guys!
Sorry I haven’t written anything for a while, but I was quite busy. Anyway, I’m back with a really interesting topic! I’d like to write about dreams!
Everyone has dreams. “What if I don’t have them?”, you have to! You just don’t remember them, and I try to help you with it.
Dreams appear during REM (rapid eye moment), it’s the deepest stage of sleeping. Sleep studies say that our brainwaves during REM are almost as active as when we are awake.
I keep a dream journal, it’s a notebook where you write down your recent dreams. I really recommend that. It helped me to remember more dreams, and it’s pretty funny to read your old dreams. Sometimes in the morning you don’t remember anything. Very important is that you have to focus as fast as you wake up and try to remind yourself about what you have been dreaming of.
At first you can find keeping a dream journal boring and difficult, but from your dreams you can learn something new or maybe get the amazing idea! For example, did you know that famous Mendeleev's table created by a chemist Dmitrij Mendeleev, actually had appeared in his dream? It showed up after overworked night. When Mendeleev had woken up, he wrote down his idea of a table.
That’s all for today! Don’t forget to start your own dream journal!
Stay tuned!
